Visual Diary #1

Explore Landscapes #16

I'd forgotten just how much rain the UK gets during the winter months - now I'm reminded - and occasionally it snows! Images from my daily walk near my parents house in the UK.

Oh - it’s snowed!

Sodden fallen leaves

Apologies for not posting anything for the past 2 weeks - but it’s for a worthwhile cause. I’m currently in the UK giving my parents some care and support while my Mum is in hospital.

My Dad and I have been shuttling backwards and forwards to the hospital everyday to visit Mum (a 2-hour round trip), which takes up the majority of the daylight hours. I’m doing my best (despite the incessant rain) to get out for a 5-mile walk each morning prior to visiting. I have a circular route that I follow from their door that has become second nature as I’ve walked it so often. I’d been meaning to experiment with a visual diary for some time so thought this would be a good time to start.

Any post today?

Hopefully, I’ll be back to my regular posts soon, when I return to SoCal. Until then - goodbye.
